Terms of Service

These Terms govern order confirmation, modification, revision and cancellation rules for all apparel transactions. After successful payment, users may apply for order information modification including address adjustment and contact information change before the order enters the packing and shipping process. Once the warehouse starts processing, no arbitrary modification is allowed.

Unshipped orders can be cancelled voluntarily by users within a reasonable time frame. After warehouse preparation, if the materials have been sorted, packaged and ready for shipment, voluntary cancellation will incur reasonable packaging and handling fees deducted from the refund amount.

We have the right to actively cancel orders under objective conditions, including permanent stock shortage, product batch discontinuation, official price system error, repeated duplicate orders, abnormal bulk orders and suspected fraudulent transactions. For store-initiated order cancellation, full refund will be processed without additional compensation liability.

Once the package is shipped, orders cannot be cancelled actively. If users refuse delivery or return goods after shipment, relevant return rules, shipping cost allocation and inspection standards shall be implemented in accordance with our official after-sales clauses.

All order adjustment applications are subject to final review and confirmation by our store backend. Any oral promise from customer service does not override these official Terms. We ensure fair and standardized processing of all order changes and cancellation requests.
